Saintseneca just revealed a beautiful 8-minute long live video of the album title track 'Pillar Of Na'. Discover it here.
The band is on tour in Europe and UK from next week on and will make a stop at the Botanique on November 28.
The Hamburg-based band Krakow Loves Adana creates beautiful music that is dreamy and intimate. If you don't know them yet, watch this great session they did last month in Gothenburg.
Time to discover this band! There are (free) shows coming up in Gent, Brussels, and Kortrijk.
We count the days until it's Sunday again. The Twilight Sad will be playing in Brussels to present their new album 'It won't be like this all the time'. The new record will be released January 18th on Rock Action Records, the label founded by Scottish post-rock legends Mogwai.
Robert Smith (The Cure) is a big fan of the band: "If the world was a better place they would be playing to more people, and I think they can".
That should convince you to head down to the Botanique next Sunday. See you there!
Think PJ Harvey meets Sonic Youth, welcome Frigs! The Canadian band is now touring Europe and will play at Reflektor in Liège on November 20th.
Earlier this week, the band came over to Ghent to record a Toutpartout session. We invited them to 't Kuipke, an impressive cycling race track that hosts the yearly 'Zesdaagse van Gent'. Watch the session here.
Things are going fast for Beraadgeslagen! Their new record 'Duizeldorp' is just out and gets really good press reviews: De Morgen ('Simpelweg hemels'), Het Nieuwsblad ('Wereldplaat!'), Focus Knack ...
And you might have heard 'Grindbuffel' and 'Isabellade' (gotta love these songtitles!) on Radio 1 and Studio Brussel.
Did you know they like to play in the middle of the venue? Check that out one of the six upcoming shows!
Kevin Imbrechts went back to Iceland to record the third Illuminine record (entitled #3) with Birgir Jon Birgisson from Sigur Ros. The album has become a secret sound diary, reflecting a 'very dark chapter' in the life of Imbrechts.
Illuminine will play 8 shows during Autumn Falls in November & December.
Our favorite American shoegaze band Nothing will kick off their European tour this weekend. With more than 30 shows coming up it will be a busy end of year for the band.
Go see them during Autumn Falls at Cirque Mysitic (Aalst), MOD (Hasselt) and Charlatan (Gent).
The band also just released a new video for the song 'You wind me up', made by meme artist Teenage Stepdad. Watch it here.
Whispering Sons burned down the house last weekend at a sold AB! Those who were there will agree it was a brilliant show...
Missed it or can't get enough? The AB recorded the whole show and you can stream it here.
Whispering Sons will play 3 more shows during Autumn Falls at Belvédère (Namur), De Warande (Turnhout) and De Centrale (Gent).
